Viewpoint is one of our more recent ventures located on the beautiful Clearwater coast. Our duties at these condominiums are based on facility maintenance. This includes sweeping and scrubbing the main six floors, cleaning the party room after events and the lobby. We also take care of the trash room, roofed parking lot and the pool area. As well as picking up palm fronds and ensuring the outer perimeter is in good shape. Our crew works on rotations to take care of this building, so we could always extra hands for this job, we are hiring!
